They design and manufacture powered and non-powered therapeutic support surfaces and related products. An innovator that is highly customer focused, The Company has a strong reputation for providing high quality therapeutic surfaces and advanced wound care devices that are recognized for their superior patient therapy. The Company plans to launch several new products next year followed by a succession of new products and enhancement to their comprehensive portfolio of therapeutic solutions.
The Company is seeking an experienced Engineering executive to accelerate full life cycle engineering programs and to enhance their multidisciplinary team of engineers. The role requires someone to have a successful track record organizing and leading systems based multi-functional new product project teams in a fast cycle product development environment from market/business requirements through production. Candidates must be comfortable taking a direct “hands-on” approach with all aspects of R&D, including design control, project planning & budgeting, program leadership and development and control of records. Compensation will include a competitive base salary, bonus, and equity and benefits package.

The core requirements are a track record of success leading a large multi-level national direct sales force within a critical care monitoring and/or diagnostic services environment. Strong preference for "missionary sales experience" focused on influencing/changing clinician behavior. Experience with a patient services business and revenue model would be ideal.
