Glines Associates is a boutique retained executive search firm
devoted to acquiring executives for the Healthcare and
Life Sciences industry. We have been enhancing our client companies’ for

talent needs. Larry Glines, who has been engaged in executive search
and selection, solely for the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry,
since 1984, established the firm in 1994. He has served some of
the best companies in the industry.
Mr. Glines founded Glines Associates following a ten-year career
managing the Healthcare Industry practice of a leading national
recruiting firm. Prior to entering executive search, he held position
as Sales Engineer, Project Leader and Program Manager in the medical
electronics industry. Mr. Glines holds a Bachelor of Science degree
from Northeastern Illinois University. He is an active member of
a number of trade and professional organizations including the
American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC), American Association
for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), American Heart Association
(AHA), Medical Marketing Association (MMA) and the Biomedical Marketing
Association (BMA) for whom he has been a featured writer in their
publication, Diagnostic Insight.
